If she is on Flagyl (Metronidazole (Flagyl) is a commonly used and very effective antibiotic. It is most frequently used to treat gastrointestinal parasites, primarily Giardia. It has also been used to treat severe infections, usually in combination with other antibiotics)
you can expect her stool to remain loose for quite some time, up to 2 weeks after the last dosage.
As long as you monitor her weight and she is hydrated (your vet should weigh her daily for you no charge) her stool will firm up once the medication is out of her system.
Keep an eye on her daily :)
Best wishes

She may be allergic to something in the food. Find a food with meat as the first ingredient and a *small* ingredients list. THe less stuff in the food, the less likely to come up with an allergy. Some common allergy items: corn, wheat, barley, gluten, dyes, egg, dairy, chicken. One of the best foods I have ever tried for my persians is EVO.

.Kittens have problems with their stools. If can be simple things like what you are feeding them to what they need. Do not give them milk, go to the vet and get kitten milk. They need glucose in their early weeks. And finally they need meat in a kitten formula.

Cook a little white rice and mix a little tuna juice in with it, the rice metabolizes sugar in the digestive system and absorbs extra fluid which will cure the loose stool. (I'm not exactly sure what the rice metabolizes in the digestive system but I know it works like magic, for cats, dogs, and people)

Are you giving your kitten milk? Cats are lactose intolerant, so if you are giving it milk, stop. There are "kitten" milks out there, I know Wal Mart sells one. Your local farm supply store may have some too. So if you feel you need to give milk, try that instead. Good luck
