It can be any activity that isnt dangerous, troublesome or tedious. But do always remeber to keep an eye on them.

Outdoor treasure hunts (go find 5 different flowers or leaves, what kinds of bugs do you see?, who can find the prettiest rock, etc.) , squirt guns, frisbee throws,
Indoors, make up an indoor obstacle course using pillows, plastic containers. They have to go over/under chairs, hop over the plastic container, jump backwards over the pillow, etc. Also make an indoor tent using blankets & tables and go "camping" indoors. Pretend to see bears, go for river rides, etc.

surely you have help with 15 kids that age....not by yourself.....they love to plant a plant in soil ...keep them in the window sill at school (so you can fertilize, etc)....they love to paint....they love play doh.....never saw a child who didn't love books and each has a favorite over and over.....singing is great especially with some movement.......like the Hokey Pokey, etc., they love art of any kind like making collages, pasting, cutting with scissors...their fine motor skills are not developed yet, but they are still working on gross motor skills....important to use these gross motor skills in games (going through tunnels, learning to do somersault, etc and playing on playground equipment like walking in tires.....I could go on and on....MOST OF ALL THEY LOVE TO COOK AT THIS AGE AND CLEAN UP USING BROOM, MOP , ETC..there are plenty of recipes that don't require cooking...just mixing (their favorite part of cooking)
