Paedophilia is a very serious issue, and an accusation of paedophilia is never taken lightly.

You are confusing the question by an over-dramatizing it. If you didn't like being chatted up by someone whom you consider an overly old person, then the issue is that you didn't like being chatted up by an overly old person and nothing else. Over dramatizing it makes other people think that you have a 12 year old mind stuck in a 21 year old body.

As much as possible I try getting into peoples ire even if they don't know and there's a slim chance we will know each other in any future time.

Are you twelve or are you twenty-one. When a twenty-eight year old tries to chat with you a twenty-one year old that's not pedophilia. The age gap maybe a little big. But I'm sure your mature enough and independent enough to know what your doing and not to be taken advantage of.
