belated birthday party for 7 year old?

We just moved from and my daughter's birthday is this weekend.
We want to have a belated gymnastics party about 4 weeks after her birthday as the daddy is gone and doesn't know too many kids yet....is this ok to still call it a bday party and to invited her classmates............

have two party, one for family, one for friends. they do not when her
birthday is.
