I am in high school and i sit next to this one kid who keeps on flirting with me and pocking me and trying to put his arm around me! I HATE IT!!!!!! He says that i am going to be his wife someday, and then i said ya right but he kept on saying it! WHAT SHOULD I DO? He is a freak!

This will work like a charm - tried it already:
First, tell him that if he doesn't stop, you are going to pinch his tricep. (and don't be bubbly/happy about that ultimatum either b/c he may think you are flirting back...sound like a mother giving a toddler an ultimatum) He most likely wont stop....then reach over, take your fingers and pinch the skin on his tricep - and turn. Yes, turn. He will be bruised for days and will not screw with you again.
right after you are done inflicting that pain on him, say something like - "seriously, leave me alone or I'll have to hurt you and it wont be on your arm next time - got it?"

Change place, FInd some witty remark to reply about how he is gay "not that there something wrong with it, but normally guys have a big ego about their sexuality'' , tell a teacher and stuff
If all else fails hit him where it hurts, if that makes it worst get a restriction warrant lol

You should speak to your teacher, or school counselor, about this situation and ask to be moved away from this boy, and ask that the boy be told to stop harassing you. If he persists with the harassment, either in the classroom, or elsewhere at school, immediately report it to the teacher or counselor. You might also report it to your principal.

wait until class is over and he is gone and tell your teacher how you feel tell your teacher you do not want to cause a big problem you just want your seat changed if he gets real bad you may have to talk to your principal .

Next time he does it, start to cry, stand up and start run out of the room- stop at the door and turn back and look at him and say, "YOU COULDN'T TELL ME YOU WERE GAY BEFORE WE STARTED DATING? HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!" Then run to girls bathroom. That should do it.
