I call it the end piece some call it the heel. What do you call it.

I call it the "butt." Although, "heel" is more acceptable. :o)

I call it the crust. I know that's also the edge of the rest of the slices, but the end piece or heel is also the piece that has the most crust, and that's what I grew up calling it.
