I'm spending two days in Brussels and am staying at the Conrad Hilton. We'd like some ideas on where to eat (cheaply) and what to do.

Do the top attractions, the atomium, de oude markt (the grand place), rue de bouchers ( a charming small, famous street), manneke pis (although it's just a statue, it's very famous), lower town, Hôtel de Ville, Musee de la Ville de Bruxelles (the most unique structure in Brussels’ Grand Place) ...... SO much to see. Look it up on google 'Top toursit attractions in Brussels' You'll find all the information you need.
DInner:
73, Rue de la Source
1060, Brussel (about 62 euros for a meal: great french restaurant runned by a japanese chef)
==> You'll find something nice to eat also in the Rue the Bouchers. Look it up on the internet.

Oooh so excited for this question! I spent a month living in Belgium. 2 days is appropriate for Brussels, after that you'll run out of issues to do. Antwerp you only choose like 0.5 an afternoon for. you fairly could visit Liege. Brugge is okay, yet better of an afternoon position. Mons is marvelous! right here will be my dream schedule. Day a million: Brussels Day 2: Brussels till 3pm, then take the prepare to Antwerp and spend the evening there. Day 3: Liege Day 4: Han & Dinant. Han has a captivating cave that you could't bypass devoid of seeing. Dinant has an outstanding international warfare II website that teaches you a lot! Day 5: Bugge

The first day, I would wake up early in the morning and take a train to Brugge from Brussels Centraal station and spend the whole day in Brugge.

The second day I would go to Grand Palace in Brussels, walk around, see Manneken Pis, Rue de Bouchers.

Around the center on the Rue Neuve there is a mall called INNO. I think in the first or second floor there is a Lunch Garden where you can eat cheap food. You can also try Quick, McDonald's or Sultan Doner on Rue Neuve.

Eating cheaply in Brussels, Oh how I laughed! We stayed in Brussels for a weekend and ate cheaply - then spent the next 24 hours in the restroom being sick, sick puppies.

Buy a good map with a suggested walking tour and do that one day. The next day, revisit the places that seemed most interesting and go shopping for chocolate. The main square is lovely at night. EU part of town is not as exciting as you might think.

Take a city tour for a half a day and then spend the rest of the day in the city. It is very nice. Take a boat tour. Also very nice. Go to Brugge by train for a day. If your staying at the Hilton, why are you worried about eating cheap? Food is cheap on the street. Eat from street vendors...the waffles are yummy.
