Can I make a suggestion? For weight loss do your physical activity 4-6 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. Your body starts to burn fat after 20 minutes.
Have your larger meals for breakfast and lunch and then if you want to cut back, have your smaller meals at night. At night is when we gain when we eat because we're slowing down and not burning so many calories. Have a good breakfast if you can, eat your apple and bar in between breakfast and lunch, for lunch have a good one! Subway sandwiches are good, and have another small snack in the afternoon and then have a light dinner, maybe a chicken Caesar salad or something light. It's better to eat the right kind of foods than to not eat at all. Because you're adding in some exercise-you'll need to eat the right kind of foods because your' muscles will require it.

I think it's a very low calorie diet...You need at least 1,200 calories per day...Maybe you'll start losing weight but then you'll not lose any more weight because your body will go into starvation mode and it'll retain all that energy because it's not getting the proper amount of food it should...I also think that you'll get tired from eating apples. Good Luck.

Sounds like a diet that could work. As long as you use more energy than you take in, you should lose weight, unless your metabolism slows way down for some reason.
