Maybe the "innocent can never last" because at one point or another, we will all do something bad in our lives? Or maybe cuz everybody has to grow up at one time or another...and children are deemed as "innocent."

in todays society if a man serves 20 years lets say for raping a young girl, and 20 some years passees bye and D,N,A proves with out a shadow of a doubt of of his inocencess, and then he is spruing free. lets say he was around 19 years old of draging threw a half baked trial, and is sentenced too 20 years for this crime. okay after 20 years you are provenn inocent and sprung free. at i9 years old going in, you have had no real experincess at life, no real jobb skills, nothing. now you are on the streets 20 years laterr family if still alive wants nothing too do with you your old friends are long gone moved away. nothing but dead space, they give you around 50.00 and say asdious, no compensatioon from the state for your innocenceess. nothing. how long can the inocennt, never llast in this jungle??
