It means your eye muscles are over stimulated. You may be squinting your eyes too much. You may need glasses if you find yourself squinting alot.

When the right hand itches it means good luck and the reverse applies to the left hand. This relates simply to the clean (right) and unclean (left) sides of the body. Paradoxically, twitching of the right eye is considered inauspicious and of the left eye, auspicious.
AND BESIDED SCIENTIFICALLY THIS IS WHY IT HAPPENS...
If “twitching” involves muscle spasms in eyelids, the condition very likely is related to your nervous system. For example, it is theorized that “eye twitches” involving these muscles can be related to emotional stress or physical eye strain—i.e., staring at a computer all day.
Eye twitching of this type usually is transitory and not considered serious. The official name for involuntary muscle twitching near the eye is called blepharospasm, which (according to Neurology published by the American Academy of Neurology) can have triggers such as irritants including smoke or bright light.
More severe forms of involuntary eyelid flutters can actually be blinding. Botulinum toxin injections (Botox) that deaden nerves and eliminate involuntary muscle spasms are considered the treatment of choice for more severe blepharospasm.
If the eye itself twitches, a much more serious problem could be an underlying condition. You could have nystagmus, a defect in the eye’s motor (control) system that causes involuntary eye movements.

It means you've been going to bed late and waking up late. It means you've been stressed out lately. Something going on that's been bothering you? Or are you just really busy with school and other stuff? It's called a blepharospasm and it's caused by stress or a change in sleep habits.

Something good may happen to you, but not because of your eye twitches.
When my eye twitches, it is usually because I am over tired.

twitches has nothing to influence the omen. Its a physiological aspect. However, since its your mom who as an elderly entity has had a reply for you as a faith-healing that the scene is for 'good'only. just accept it.

It probably doesn't mean anything. Don't worry about it. It'll probably go away in a few days. If your concerned about it, see a doctor. It's not like some foretelling of the future or anything like that though.
