Fruits and vegetables are the way to go. I like a nice, dark green leafy salad with a simple dressing of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I also start most of my mornings with a nice smoothie made of unsweetened soymilk, a banana, a bit of orange juice, and any frozen berries I might have around. Also, a whole wheat pita stuffed with hummus and fresh veggies makes a nice lunch.

fruit and veg! sorry, whether it truly is neither thrilling, nor rocket technology. undeniable popcorn (i.e no sugar or butter) is low in fat and filling, and that i locate snack a jacks will bridge the hollow between food. yet once you stumble on the answer to this question, you would be worth a great form of money, as women have been finding for hundreds of years!!! good success.

First of all you need some fat. That's what helps the poop come out! Gross, yes, but seriously. Carbs are the enemy... If you do cardio. 2000 calories equals one pound of hard to remove fat from your body. Good luck.

A big, complicated salad with low fat dressing. I put all kinds of stuff in there. Plus, I can eat until I'm stuffed and not worry about gaining weight.

egg whites (20-30 each)
popcorn, air popped, with ranch seasoning (10-30 per cup)
salsa (0)
oatmeal (150 for 1/2 cup uncooked)

Canned chunky soup and rice. Make a salad and put tuna in it and eat it with fat free crackers. Angel food cake with fruit and fat free whipped topping.
