not if you burn them off like you're supposed to. besides, i don't think any of those actually do anything anyway.

I'm not sure. That's a good question. I don't drink energy drinks but it seems that Sobes are more healthy than red bull to begin with.

carbinated drinks stop the absorption of calcium into your bones so the long term effects can be negative. As far as fattening, anything that has a lot of sugar like most of those types of drinks can be fattening. Any extra carbohydrates, which are sugars, that are not used for energy in your body are converted to and stored as fat.
