congratulations on quitting, it's the best thing you could do...you will feel weird for a couple of months maybe then your body will readjust once the chemicals have completely left your body..you may want to try to speed up the process by flushing out the system with some herbs like burdock and dandelion, getting outside and exercise-hang in there you will feel great soon!

don't listen to these guys. basically like cigarettes your going to want to smoke again. I stopped while i was living in a big house with a pool and everything, being payed unemployment, down the street from the mall, hotel and beach in Hawaii(just giving you a pic of how my life was) and i smoked everyday just like you. So one day i stopped. I gained an increase in energy, money(lol),my thoughts became clearer, and i began to exercise and after a while it became easy because i sweated out all the built up toxins. So yeah when quitting anything bad for you of course there will be a diff. You just may not notice it right away so observe the slow differences over a period of a month or 2 and try to do something. set a goal so your energy isn't being spent doing nothing.

Feeling strange is normal after being addicted to drugs and cigarettes for so long. Your body is just going through a withdraw period. Stick with it and you'll start feeling much better soon. You'll feel more energized and become much healthier. Good job giving them up! More people need to...

Sobriety is weird. You've been covering up how awkward you feel with drugs. Now that you are functioning as a normal human being... you're finding out what it was that you wanted to cover up. The world and life is amazing, and to want to escape from it is insanity to me. The weird is good. Eat carrots and drink a lot of water. Mwah! from one quitter to another.

You are going through withdrawls. You are doing the right thing. Your body has to get use to those foreign substances not being in your body. You should feel better in a week. You should be proud of yourself. Your lungs are going to start to clear up because I know they are black. Don't go backwards and don't be around others that still has those bad habits.

nothing really happends. you can't get addicted to weed and cigarettes have nicotine in them. personally you shouldn't go back to smoking, but you should take up a new hobby so you won't even think about smoking. i hope you don't smoke again.

Give it a few weeks. It's been 11 years of using. It will take a little while more before you feel "normal" again. Good Luck and hang in there ! :)

You will be bewildered, confused, confounded, depressed, hungry, and stupid.
That's OK. Totally OK.
Stick with it.
It's worthwhile.
You will live longer and be happier.
You will be happy for the decision to rejoin normallity.
