1. Put as many eggs as you can in a large pot of water. Make sure all the eggs are covered with the water.
2. Put on stove and let it come to a boil.
3. Turn off the stove and put a lid on the pot and leave it alone for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, carefully drain the water, let the eggs run under cold water so that eggs aren't very hot anymore. Drain that water.
5. Cover the pot again.
6. Shake the pot to and fro briskly for a minute or two.
7. The shells will break away and if there are a few still left, just peel them off which will be easy.

If they need to come out perfect, right after hard boiling them, quickly submerged them in cold cold water. Keep the water running in order to keep the temperature cold. The water will litterally lift the shell off the yolk. All you got to do it crak the wide bottom end (not the cone end because that is filled to the top) and then roll the egg around so that the rest of the shell breaks or cracks. Then peel. The shell will literally peel off the egg.

Boil, shock...then ask a hundred people to peel the couple of hundred boiled and shocked eggs. If you can't find that many helper... 1st step: bang and roll each egg on the table put in a container 2nd step: peel all of the eggs.... shouldn't be hard at all if you shocked all the eggs (shocking= put the eggs in cold water right after boiling)

I had a wedding catering business for 10 years, there is NO easy way, but here are some hints:
Do not use the freshest eggs, get eggs within the expiration date, but preferably the older ones.
After boiling, Plunge into ICE WATER; and cool as quickly as possible.
Spread newspaper on the floor and sit in the middle of all your eggs, break eggs on the larger end, not the pointy end, as there is a gap there usually and you can get the membrane and peel it easier.
Glad those days are over for me!!

After boiling the eggs, just knock them slightly and dunk them into cold water. This seperates the egg from the shell and after 20 mins or so, you just peel the whole thing off. It's smooth and easy

Let them cool down as much as possible then shell them under running cold water. The water lifts the shell off easier and leaves the eggs whole. There's less chance of those bits of shell being left on too!

When you cook the eggs, start with COLD water and add salt. Bring to a boil then let sit for 15 minutes. Immediately add ice water. When cool enough to touch crack the eggs and let them sit in the COLD water.

We had to do it for my brother's wedding...it took a long time, just peel them when they are hot and run them under cold water and make sure that you don't use Fresh eggs, buy them a couple or so days before you need to do it.

I'd have to suggest an Eggstractor...

If you must do it by hand make sure you plunge the cooked eggs into ice cold water immediately after removing from the pan. That will make them much easier to peel
Just roll them on the counter and then slip off the shells.
I don't envy you! :o)
