I've tried this cold brew Nestea for the last few months, and it works great.
You might be brewing it a little too long.
I recommend using the cold brew tea, or using regular tea and leaving it the fridge overnight.
I read some studies that surprising showed cold brew and tea left in the fridge overnight to brew actually had the same or more antioxidants than hot brewed tea that was later cooled.

Your tea gets cloudy because of either hard water, or the tannins. When tea cools too quickly, the tannins settle out. Tannins are bitter and turn tea cloudy.
Use a good quality tea like Luzianne or Tetleys.
Bring your water to a boil, turn it off, and add the tea bags. Cover the pot, and let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes.
Strain, but don't squeeze the bags.
Let your tea sit at room temperature until it cools down, then refrigerate it.

because brewed tea has it's holding time too, maximum is 24 hours. the flavors of the tea separate from the water over time that makes it cloudy and bitter...best thing to do is drink your tea after brewing to assure it's freshness.

If you make sun tea, you won't have that problem. Put several teabags in a huge clear glass jar of cool water and set it in the sun for a few hours. You can also cold-brew the tea overnight without the sun's help. My uncle used to call that moon tea. When the water hasn't been too hot, the tannic acid doesn't do those weird things to your tea.

Long and strong.
Oh ...uh ... I'm talking about the cooking of the tea being too long and too strong.

Tea will get old quickly. Try to drink it up within day or two of making it if you are making large quantities.

You are either using too many tea bags or leaving the tea bags in too long

I think that you may be using to many tea bags, and make sure that the bags are fresh, taste much better if you keep your bags fresh.
