my wifes mother. is she legal or no?

she was a immagrate and got a green card and, got married to a marine, divorced over the years, she pays taxes state and federal and has a social sec card, but she thinks she illegal but i dont know i think she is legal? please help! if u can email me @ flojoe3381@tmail.com thanks this isnt my computer.

I would say your mother is DEFINITELY legal. There should be a record of her marrying the U.S. citizen, and she should have legitimate status.....
