It means that by some bizarre means you've hypnotized him. A girl did this to me once when I was in high school. Everytime I looked up at her she was looking at me. Suddenly everything went blurry, I couldn't see color, and then all went black. When I came to I was lying in a construction yard six blocks from my high school and it was clear I had been running. However I was wearing someone else's shoes.

To this day I've never solved that mystery. I learned my lesson and I would never look at that girl directly in the eyes ever again.

He is loo kin at what he probably kikes in you but to afraid to say so.
Sometimes a very pretty girl or woman CAN be intimidating for a guy to ask out or say so.
If you would be nice and just say hello to him maybe he;d get the confidence to talk to you.
If you do not like him looking at you, be nice and let him know in a non-damaging way. He may be short on self-stamina and you don't to ruin that on guy.

take care and be nice

Uhm. i think of it truly is in basic terms which you're no longer possibly that photogenic. I had the comparable situation - I used to act so dumb in front of cameras & all my photos have been so terrible. All you like is a few prepare in front of cameras. Be optimistic which you rock and smile with complete self belief. that's what I did and now my photos completely mirror this variety of individual that i'm. desire this permits you.

Its called exchanging glances, and it may mean he likes you, and it may mean he sees you looking at him, and he looks back, out of an awkward response. Its nothing you should get worried about. Try puting a smile in there, if he smiles back he likes you, if he doesnt well youll look like a fool.

Hope this helps.

Maybe he does like you. Maybe he always looks at you all the time, but you don't notice it, and when you do he still looks at you because he wants to see your face. =-)

Or maybe he thinks you are ugly.

I think it might be the first one though. =-)

anything. He could like you or he could be creepy. He could be absent-minded and have a staring problem. But most likely - he likes you

duh. he wants you. no doubt. for sure

PS. No. It really means he likes you. He is waiting for you to respond. Or not. The next step is for you to let him know how you feel. Be clear and honest with him one way or the other for best results... Good luck.
