self control and and discipline dietary. not only watch what you eat 0 salt and 0 sugar intake as well as 0 deep fried food cause with the deep fried you are only in taking the oil most of the time! go no way to slim down and don't waste money....try a priceless work out at home....hula hop....does wonder specially for your waist and tummy.....start thing that you can cope with. don't have to spend all the money and dragging later with all the hard work and tempts to give up as most did.....always avoid slimming pills - they can kill! by the way starvation is not the key for slimming!

You can go to the park (get a dog he'll run you!!!!!) or Curves fitness gym...its a all womens gym. Cut the meat out your diet and the salt and go from there. You can do it,but you have to be willing to sacrifice something. Dont just settle for no sacrifice but you want to get slim. You need to do it healthy and with will power.

Seriouly, if you're planning to lose weight, you could start by changing what you eat, working out by concentrating on more cardio for a start to crank up the metabloic rate and see your doctor. He'll be able to prescribe stuff like Panbesy or Reductil, that reduces your appetite. They're more effective than those you get over the counter and being prescribed by the doctor means you're not going to abuse it

Why do you need to get slim? Are you horrendously fat or something?
Well, even if you are, you should learn to love your body and be content with who you are. But if you're doing this cause you want to stay fit and healthy, then I suggest gyms.

so many people take the easy way that doesnt work
