I see websites that convert women's clothes and men's clothes, but I'm looking for children's clothes. In the US we have sizes for babies and toddlers by age, and Child small, medium, and large. Would like to know what they would be in Australia.

You're right...it's hard to find. Check on this web site...the sizes are on the extreme right on each line.

The typical rule of thumb I found was that the size is equivalent or one up from the child's age. So infant - Size 0, one year old - size 1, etc.
