I just feel really hurt . I want him to be happy and I want the best for him. Is it wrong to feel this way. I always take care of him and do anything to make him happy. I just want to be a great girlfriend. And please dont be rude . Thanks for all of the advice.

Well, obviously you love him. No doubt. I totally understand you wanting to be with him but sometimes we have to go through these things to be happy later - (Meaning your trip, marriage, and kids and college and all). It seems that he is doing all this for the both of you......not just him. Again, I know it sucks being away from the one you love (I went through it) but there two things you can do.....keep lovin him or love him alot more ya know? Good luck and best wishes!!! Latta!

Let him put his education first and if he has a job let's hope he is saving that cash. Things are never the same as in the beginning, I think that with him busy there are bonuses.
1. You can keep tabs on him.
2. Maybe he is saving money and working so much so he can buy you a ring.
3. He will problably miss you more because when you are with somone all the time, you get bored.
4. Maybe he doesn't want your parents money which means he is not a mooch which is a great thing.
5. If he is smart enough to go to school to better himself his future with you can be much better.
Stop nagging because that is a turn off for guys.
It sounds lke you got a guy with his head on his shoulders, so give him his space and it can only benefit you sweetie!!

You are tempted by a carrot with the name of delayed gratification. Your boyfriend's ambitions are admirable, but I think you are a casualty at this point in time. He needs to set up his schedule in some way so that you have time with him, for him and by him. We're not talking about 15 minutes. If you tell him how you feel and he breaks up with you, that will tell you clearly where his priorities lie and how he feels about your feelings.
