You could try register generals dept. I think that the natural parents have to mark the papers that you can access this info. I think only your mother could do it. I know the records are only unsealed after all parties die. So only mum has any hope. Maybe she could try the Salvos too. I know they have a family reunion service.

Try DoCs or the church that your mother is from. Some adoptions were done thru churchs or try the Salvo's they are usually pretty good at helping find the awnsers

in case you have been observed via the state employer, ask to your non-figuring out information. In my case, i could fill in the blanks. It provides you each and every thing approximately your bparents different than for particular names and dates. I found out that my bmom went to a county extreme college. nicely, in my area, there are no longer too a lot of those, so i could narrow the quest. rather some situations you may fill in the blanks like this and narrow your seek. additionally, there are people who do searches for persons alongside with this. i found a woman that had to get authorized by using the state. We made an contract that i could pay basically her prompt expenditures and write a letter of advice. good success.

Your mother would need to contact the births, deaths and marraiges dept. and ask for records....they have information regarding adoptions pre 1973 stocked there too. Good luck to her i hope she finds the information she needs.
