I have this kick asss recipe...but it takes a little effort... and lets face it, some of the best things in life take a bit of effort:

Get a bag of the really big baked ( not fried ) triangle shaped, restaurant style chips.... lie them flat on a tray & bake them for 7 minutes @ 250... just enough to warm them nicely.

In a microwave, seperately melt one cup of shredded cheddar cheese and one cup of shredded colby jack cheese.

Put the chips on a big plate, drizzle the cheddar on the chips first, then the jack cheese next.

Put 4 dollups of sour cream on 4 corners of the plate

Put 4 dollups of guacamole in between the dollups of sour cream

drain and dry a dozen sliced of jalapeno pepper, lay them between the guac & sour cream

For the hot sauce, I don't use tabasco. I use something called chollula, it's amazing... but tabasco will do if you have it.

Enjoy!!!

this looks terrible but is very good. use 1 can of roast beef i can of chili 1 jar of salsa and about 1/4 block of velveeta cheese. combine in a saucepan until cheese is melted. in a cake pan or on a cookie sheet spread some Doritos and spoon the cheese mix over the Doritos. continue alternating the Doritos and cheese mixture until gone. heat for about 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. enjoy

The easiest way is to throw some chips in a bowl, warm up some cheese and pour it over the chips.
