I don't think they locked up the beavers...

Trick question. Noah's story is false.
1) Some animals require a certain climate in order to survive. It would be impossible to create each necessary climate on the ark.
2) The demensions of the ark were not big enough to support the number of animals on it. There are over 350,000 species of beetle alone.
3) It takes more than 8 people to run a small zoo. There is no way that Noah, his wife, his 3 sons and their 3 wives could have possibly tended to such a large number of animals. The pile up of feces alone would have suffocated them.
Need more reasons?

beavers can swim, and there would have been floating debris for them to rest on. so many trees being hit with flood, surely some of them would uproot.

that very same debris would be a good place for woodpekcers to land when they aren't flying

and why would you save the termites?

I think chriscrosschrist is right about the climate thing. As well there is a test my old private school did about the size of the ark, and its about the size of one and a half foot ball fields...how do you get all of those animals in one space that big.

Also another question to poise in your mind about a different biblical story.

In Adam and Eve, they have two sons...no daughters. They get kicked out of eden, their sons get married to two women.

Who do their sons marry if there are no other women on earth but their mother?

(did anyone notice that the ark looks like a clogging shoe when people make 'replicas' of it.)

Well, if you get to heaven, you ask him about that. If
by some chance, you don't go that direction, then I'll
ask about it. I thought the woodshed answer was
a pretty cute one.
