Without buying another cat, i want my cat to be entertained and have a buddy

Do you have toys for your cats? Mine play with toy mice, small balls, 2 scratching posts. Aluminum foil balled up is a cheap toy, Just make it to big for your cat to swallow, but not so big he/she cant carry it around.

You'd be surprised, your cat probably doesn't want to do anything but sleep during the day. But my cat likes the regular cat toys you get at any pet store. Also, cats love to be nosey, so a window that they can look out of easily will keep then entertained for hours.

You dont have to entertain a cat.Throw some cat approved toys on the floor lock the door and go.

Personally I leave the Animal Planet on the tv. Cats are very resourceful, leave toys out as well as lift the window blind open and let him/her lay in the window sill. Cats love looking outside.

I don't smoke (anymore) but back in the day we could entertain a cat for hours w/crinkled up cig packs...we'd toss those bad boys around the room and the cat would go crazy...
probably any wadded up paper would work
