uhh ya im asking for the metric system....

English system: 12 inches to the foot, 5,280 feet to the mile
Metric system: 1000 microns to the millimeter, 10 millimeters to the centimeter, 10 centimeters to the decimeter, 10 decimeters to the meter, 10 meters to the decameter, 100 decameters to the kilometer
Simplified metric system: 10 millimeters to the centimeter, 100 centimeters to the meter, 1000 meters to the kilometer
1 inch is approximately 2.5 centimeters
