Just wondering what we are recording our years from.

Jesus probably turned 3 or 4 around this time of year, 2006 years ago.
... I'd just like to note: I'm an atheist.
Anyone who believes Jesus was born on the year 0 needs to do a little research.

I suspect this is some sort of inference that people who don't believe must concede that what happened in the Bible is accurate simply because our calendar is based on the amount of time since Christ's birth. Based on this logic, then I guess that we must all believe in gods of the Norse and Roman tradition too, because that's where most of our names for our months and days of the week come from.

The calendar we presently use is based on the birth of Jesus.
It's a few years off, but what can you expect.

People who were born Oct 12th had this on thier driver's license
