I don't know if this is on the weight watchers recipes but try a stir fry from Voila. They have Garlic chicken and it is filled with only veggies. It's delicious and very healthy I have lost like 15lbs eating that and other foods that are healthy for you. There's other kinds if you don't like Garlic.
Sincerely yours,
Laurie

I've been doing weight watchers for a loooong time! My favorite non-fee site is http://www.dwlz.com/. It has great recipes, menus and my very favorite, point values for tons of popular resturants. Good luck!

Try looking it up on google or find the 'Weight Watchers' website for help. Or just buy low sugar-ed foods and stick to fruit and salads, but make sure they don't have spinach.

Besides checking out the web site you might want to subscribe to their magazine. Ask for it for Christmas. There are also great WW cookbooks. If you don't want to buy the magazine - check it out at the library or bookstores like Borders which allow you to browse their magazines.
