I love Vick's Vapor Rub for all kinds of things. Never tried it for hemmoroids, but... uhm.... very close to that area. I have never had any problems with it harming me in anyway. However, I would not recommend using it internally.
Also, some people may find the sensation to be burning and unpleasant.

Yes, don't you realise that Vick's is made up of some highly toxic chemicals? Use 100% pure coconut oil, I recommend Nui brand (pronounced new) it has anti-biotic properties. Try going natural first you body will thank you for it in the long run.

I guess as long as you are applying it to the external ones then it shouldn't hurt you. I think I shall have to give it a try myself.
