This could be a sign of a neurological problem. Some times this can result from damage to her brain due to shaken baby syndrome. You should take her to the Doctors immediately. Please read the link I provided below. Read the paragraph and the very last paragraph...

"Besides lethargy, a baby who has been shaken may experience vomiting, poor sucking or swallowing, decreased appetite, lack of smiling or vocalizing, rigidity, seizures, difficulty breathing, altered consciousness, unequal pupil size, an inability to lift his head, or an inability to focus his eyes or track movement."

Unequal pupil size may be a sign of shaken baby syndrome (SBS)

She could possibly have a difference in each eye on how she processes light. I don't really know if it will be serious or not, but have her looked at by an eye doctor. It could just be one of those things that will finish developing over time.. Like babies who have one leg slightly shorter than the other... It eventually corrects itself..

A visit to your doctor today should clear that up. Never take second chances with babies they are very delicate and any unusual thing about the baby (Physical or Behavior) should be consulted to the doctor immidiately

If this just happened then I'd worry and take her to the ER ASAP. If she was born like this it might be OK because people are not always symmetrical (one breat larger than the oterh etc).
