You sound like you are not in a healthy relationship. He shouldn't even be putting his things in your house. Things that you can't use. You've attempted to leave but he went violent. That calls for police intervention. Get a remover to move his things out to his house and tell him that you are fed up and have been toloerent all these yrs but have had enough, you are not going to be treated unfairly and taken for granted anymore. A relationship is giving and receiving. What has he done to contribute positively to this relationship?

You have to be stronger in telling him to leave.
After clearing out his things and him. You can start enjoying decorating your house.

Honey you need to get rid of him now. No nice way to do this. You don't want this little girl to learn this is the right way for a man to treat her do you? That's what you are doing as well as letting your life and self esteem be at his mercy. Now, get tought and write him a dear John letter. Copy it and give him a time limit to get the stuff gone or you will call and have it hauled away. Put it in writing and have it sent registered letter. Then if he comes back get a no trespassing against him. If he comes back they will arrest him and you need to go to the courthouse and follow through so he knows you mean it. Just do it. It is only going to get worse. Why can't he junk up his own house? He is a control freak that has no respect for women or children and you don't need him around to abuse you and her mentally and emotionally. What his problem is is he knows you deserve better and he's afraid you might get someone else...he knows he's not worth a nickle so he accuses you, he's right, you need to have someone else!!!You are worth more than that. Get family or friends to help. Even if they have stayed away because of him they will probably come and help you if they know you are serious about getting him gone! good luck sweetie!

Break up. Your not happy and it will NOT change. Just end it. It doesn't matter if you have someone else or not, your not happy. Find someone else that appreciates you for who you are. I could write for days on this subject but this is the boil down version.

Unless you want to live in a garbage dump with a drunk for the rest of your life, you should dump him now. You only get what you are willing to accept.

YOU SHOULD GO GET AN ORDER OF PROTECTION ON THIS DUDE AND TELL HIM TO KEEP HIS A** OUT OF YOUR HOUSE. IF HE DOES NOT COMPLY ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL THE POLICE AND HE IS GONE TO JAIL. THAT SIMPLE AND EASY
