Pizza from a "take-out" place is terrible!! If you love pizza so much, make them @ home for a healthier meal....Use a pre-made whole wheat crust, low-fat sauce, low-fat cheese & make at least every other pizza contain at least 3 veggies ( sliced roma tomatos, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) Stay away from cream sauces & high-fat meats....

Yes if you are eating the bad pizza. Now if you were eating a frozen organic pizza, or making one fresh, then it would not be so bad. Check out this site on healthy nutrition it has some great info.

Sounds like it!
If you really like pizza, try making it yourself with some ingredients that are slightly better for you (pick lowfat cheese, add lots of veggies, etc)

It depends.... Pizza can be very very bad for you considering the grease and all but pizza is also one of the most well balanced meals. think about it. If you order it right, you got dairy, meat, vegetables, grains...

it depends on what's on the pizza and it's ingredients. you can make it healthy by getting whole wheat crust, half of the cheese and lots of veggies and the lean toppings such as ham and grilled chicken.

I think you are on the verge if your age is not above 30 & you are fit with regular exercise. 1 per week is good.
