It depends on what quality vase and flower being used. Average price for that in Singapore is around SGD30 which is about £15 to £18 I guess

there is a shop/pottery in rye (e.sussex) where you can decorate your own crockery (incl flower vases) and have it delivered to your house
costs around 5 quid for a large vase and 3 for a small one
