No, you'd probably gain weight. It would be harder to get around without a foot, thus you would be more sedentary than before.

Yes i think so, because once you had digested your foot, you would have to go to the bathroom, (because the body usually does not use all the nutrients you eat), and so when you went to the bathroom you would lose whatever the body did not use from the foot, leaving you a little lighter.
