The faster I throw, the centrifugal force seems to push blood into my fingertips, is this ok?

i had this sort of happen in my middle finger but it was because i cut my nails too short. I have never heard of that happening before though.

Except that the blood is held in by the skin. Professional pitchers have a special massuer who works on their arms (to work the blood back toward the center of the body) in a private room immediately after the game.
