Come on Darwin. I came from dad and mom and they are still there. If you want to go Biblical, God shaped humankind. The only part "from" is ruach or Breath.

Personally, I belive God created the universe and doesn't interfere (unlike Q). If God needed to interfere, he must have screwed something up, and I don't think God did.
