my question is with out paying for it can i change the background on e-mail page?

when i send a e-mail i would like different background and yahoo wants $19 for the program. I know there were free ones when i was on aol. how do i get free ones on yahoo?

Just compose emails using Colors and Graphics, which can be selected in Email Options.
