Cardio baby! While crunches and other exercises which target your midzone help, nothing is a total body tone like running, reaching your 90% heart rate and maintaining it for a given number of minutes (time depends on you fitness level). Watch anythinng that you don't want there melt away. 6 weeks at 4-5 days per week and add on some time in the 50-60% max heart rate zone and even that little water retention that adds to our bellies once a month will move out! Running is the best, biking you have to do for longer. Good luck

Lots of cardio *and* some cruches/sit-ups. Belly fat is hard to lose and it has been my experience that if you only do the cruches and not a good cardio work-out, you can actually cause your belly to look bigger, even though it is muscle and not fat. So it is important to burn the fat as well as tone the muscles.
Good luck!

Diet and cardio are the most important with burning fat. Crunches, leg lifts, and other ab exercises will firm up the muscles. Good luck

It's all about diet and exercise. Do more cardio to burn the fat and watch your diet (carbs).
