I want to lose 10 pounds at the rate of 2-3 pounds a week. How should I do this? Oh, and don't give me the crap about whether or not I really need to lose weight.

eat lots of raw veggies and fruits and try not to season meat that you eat. Then make sure to do some cardiovascular work out, like swimming or running. Make sure to stay hydrated and eat more than 1500 cuz then your just starving yourself and then your body will hold onto fat because it doesnt think it will get any nutrition and your fasting. Excersise and lay off junk food. seriously try to eat stuff in as raw of a state as possible (i dont mean not cooked) i mean if you cant understand what all the really long words in the ingrediants list mean, dont eat it. Or you can always do slim fast. Drink those and work out. Just dont get too excessive. OOOHHHHH the special K diet says you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. try that.

2-3 pounds a week is totally doable. South Beach Diet worked for me. But if you want to lose weight FAST. try a juice fast like Master Cleanser. I didn't have the willpower to stay on it for more than a 2 days. But I did lose 4 lbs.

Some people on here might not agree but it worked for me. The atkins is a great way to lose weight FAST. I lost 16 lbs in exactly 2 weeks. U can go to the atkins website and check it out for yourself. u should exercise because it is healthy for you but the stkins does not require it, if u do it right u are guarantee to lose it in 2 weeks. and u dont have to pay for anything except your own food. if u want more info u can message me. good luck!

Lean meat like chicken, or fish, and fruits and veggies, no salt or sugar (splenda rules!) Only pasta should be whole grain, all bread whole grains. Do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day, got a place on your body that bothers you? Do an extra stregnth training on that area, like I do abs after my cardio, it really works, and its only 30 minutes a day. That's not bad.
Don't starve yourself, if your body gets only like 1500 calories per day your metabolism gets used to that and only burns that much, then when your done with your diet you body will only burn 1500 calories per day, see what I'm saying.
Point being, change your lifestyle not just until you loose 10, just stay steady and eat right and get excercise. You can do it!

Eat only healthy foods and nothing fatty. Go for a 30 min jog or and hour speed walk every other day. And do some weight training

eat half of what you eat now...it may help well or just make you angry...oh and if you really wanna drop weight fast, here's a concept: excercise
