I've been doing squats recently. Every time I do, I hear a poping sound. It makes me a little nervous to keep doing them since I don't want to develop any hip problems later in life since it tends to run in my family. Is it ok to hear that poping sound? If it isn't, any recomendations for a different exercise?

Get on your hands and knees and extend your leg out behind you. You can lift it up and down too. That should work out your butt. Also, try just walking up stairs.

initially, it isn't accessible to 'spot shrink' fat. You earnings/drop pounds in parts in accordance with your particular genetics. you could construct muscle especially parts, yet you lose fat over you complete body, again, in accordance for your genetics. Any cardiovascular/cardio exercising can help you lose fat. Oh, and through the way, the time period 'tone' even as referrred to in body structure refers to muscle reaction time and has no referring to outward appearence. there is muscle earnings/loss. Or fat earnings/loss. there is #third option. Tone is a made up time period even as concerning appearence.
