alright, heres the deal, im having to write a paper about people that wrote about the bible during the time period of 100-250 AD, so if you could, please tell me a few people that wrote about the Bible during that period! Thanks so much!

NO ONE wrote about the bible during that period. The disciples wrote decades after Christ death but they were letters to cities and Churches that were struggling with their faith. The Bible as we know it, was put together by clergy from the Jewish and Catholic faiths in the 1500's. They decided which of these letters/books were included in the book and which were not included. They decided what would be in it and reproduced it then. There was no written text called the bible in the period that you are instructed to use. Sorry, your teacher is incorrect in his/her assumption that it was produced at the time of Christ.

The bible as a collection of writings by numerous authors didn't even exist in 100-250 AD. Good luck with this one...

The main figure during that time period was Origen. Look him up on Wikipedia. He wrote voluminous commentaries on the Scriptures as well as theology.

you should get somegood ones on this subject. the Bible was written by 35 to 40 different people. I know of no dates.
