I'd say yoga their focus on multiple aspects of health is a big bonus- plus I've never met a yoga instructor that didn't look about 15yrs. younger than they actually were.

You're already doing great by being thin. Another important thing to do is avoid the sun by using a good amount of a strong sunblock every day throughout the year, to help prevent wrinkles.

stay out of the sunlight. Use moisturizer around your eyes daily and evening. devour wholesome (vegan if achievable). exercising. handle your stress. Get sufficient sleep. that's that easy. i'm 35 and human beings constantly tell me i glance like i'm in my 20s.

Get on the Sprint 8 program (google it) It causes your body to produce HGH. (HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE)
Take a pic, get on the program for 3 months, & look at yourself afterwards.
20 min. every other day. Amazing results!

walking will work wonders, minimum 20 minutes of intense walking and a warm up and cool down period to extend yourself out a lil.
