Social Security. That's right....this felon is, and has been receiving Social Security payments paid for by OUR tax dollars. No wonder she's so distraught. The gig is finally up!

This social security argument is as stupid as pro illegal calling people "racist" & "haters" against Hispanics because they want the laws of our country enforced.We, the tax-payers have paid 10 times what they pay in for their health care, education and housing, not even to mention the ones who have committed unthinkable crimes in this country
Now, after reading Elvira's ordeal, I can see that the general outline of this media circus was the same. The cause of the action sought was supposedly poor ill little "Citizen Saul". What makes this worse though, they are now holding "Citizen Saul" hostage in a make-shift church. That's right....all the players are the same right down to the legislators. How sick is this? These "causes" also always happen right before a pro-illegal immigration event takes place as well. They have a playbook, and they play it to the letter.

If the mother is awarded full custody of the child. She will file with the court a request for assignment of child support to the father. The court will use the states child support guidelines and determine how much child support he is obligated to pay (differs from state to state). If he does not have a job. His obligation does not go away. The arrears will continue to add up. The arrears NEVER GOES AWAY. EVEN AFTER THE CHILD IS 18. The mother can apply for assistance through the state. The state will continue to pursue the father for child support. Just because he is unemployed, does not let him off the hook. He can apply for assistance through the state and if he qualifies for state assistance because he is unemployed, that will keep him out of jail, but it will not let him off the hook for the child support or child support arrears.He will have to pay the state back. If he hits the lotto or gains good employment and starts paying his child support. The state will also assign a back child support amount and he will pay the state back (no matter what state he goes to) first because the state supported the child when he didn't. If the mother is not on assistance and she has supported the child she will get paid back for all the arrears even after the child is 18.

You are right my fellow American. We have to stop being pacifist and start being more active against this invasion of illegal aliens or else we are going to loose America as we all know it and love.
