You could try a beauty school- they offer discounted prices since they are students, but usually do a great job..
Also, I sometimes get my hair cut at a place called "Floyd's" -not sure if it is nationwide, there are quite a few here, a nice haircut is about $20.

First what do u plan to do with your hair. Some beautician have reasonable prices and u can keep it up. U can go to Beauty School but make sure u ask what year they are in. Nothing bad or terrible but try and get someone close to graduating. If u r not comfortable with the person u get, don't do anything drastic like a cut or dye job, get a trim and tell them u want to see how much they are taking off. I hate to say to watch them but its better to wash off a bad hair style then to wish to grow hair back. Ask tips and u should be able to maintain at home for a couple of weeks.

Beauty schools usually offer extremely cheap rates, but beware, they are still learning.

just find the cheapest hair dresser, maybe not a professional one, but a good quality family business.
