if you are young like still a teenager or a young adult then don't rush it .......but if you are like older you should probably start asking someone out or else you might be come the old lady living in the shoe with lots of cats except you are a guy(jk) but anyway try asking someone out it might help...if there is a particular person in mind ask that person.lol....gl

go more to bar and club , try to speak with any type of girls (fast , skinny , ugly , pertty ) so this make your confidenc and exp better & try to take them out , and it's okey if they said no , just keep trying and after 10 no , you can get 1 yes and it's good for start.
just be yourself and don't show yourself needy or pathetic.
be confidence and don't follow them , try to make them follow you
