Its seal has been broken for about a week now.

Thanks for the answers people. I now know my vodka won't spoil and just because I wanted to share some additional info for the heck of it I'll tell you what kind I got. Its a Monoplowa vodka from Austria wich has been distilled from potatoes.

Doesn't spoil unless you leave it open and gets little bugs (such as fruit flies) in it, although still unlikely unless it is one of the new, flavored vodkas.

Vodka doesn't spoil. The 40% (or 45%) alcohol content is its own preservative. The Russians say that there are two types of Vodka, Good Vodka and great Vodka.

I even have 3 bottles of alcohol in my cabinet and that they have been there for somewhat a on a similar time as over a year and a a million/2 and that they are nonetheless surprising. So i bypass to declare that it lasts a protracted time.

Vodka doesn't spoil...there's nothing in it to spoil. It's 40% alcohol (preservative) and 60% water (inert). Nothing can live in that, much less make it rot.

I keep my opened bottle of Vodka in the freezer-
I've had it for over a year now
still ok to drink

Like honey, it won't spoil. Keep the cap on tight so it deoenst lose it's alcohol. It'll last forever.

Never, I have had a botttle of Smirnoff Blue for over 20 years and it still tastes the same.

It wont, as long as you keep a good lid on it, otherwise it will evapourate with time.
