My ex bf was sweet & caring but he was the one who ended our short relationship. But after he ended it, he would still say hi to me on msn and he even invited me to his b-day which was at a club. I went w/ a friend, it was so awkward. He kept coming up to me to talk but I didn't really feel like talking to him, so it seemed like I kinda ignored him. Neways, after his b-day he stopped saying hi to me on msn. After 2 months of not talking one day he said hi to me on msn. he thanked me for going to his b-day (too late, I know) and he evev said "I didn't mean to ignore you, sorry" I can't believe him, I ignored him! why would he apologize when I didn't feel like talking to him?

according to my brother, guys have this possesive character..even ifyou are not on a relationship anymore, whenever he sees you with somebody else, they get jealous not because they still like you but it's the ego thing...
maybe, that was what he felt...

It sounds like he really wanted to be friends with you after your relationship ended, and that he really wants to be friends with you now. He probably thinks you are still mad at him for something and has probably guessed that he ignored you. An apology is often a good way to open up a conversation with someone when you think they might be mad at you. He's trying. He sounds like someone who would make a better friend than most. You might want to give him that chance. I know it's hard, but after awhile you won't worry so much about what happened in the past. Maybe you need more time before you can be friends, but if so you should let him know.

because it was all about him that night and in his sick twisted little mind that could have been his intention that night to ignore you. You don't know what he has been telling his friends about you. he might have set the whole thing up. Since when he broke up the relationship and you didn't start sweating him and trying to get him back. to save face he told his friends that you are pressed for him and you always call him and want him back. so he invited you to his party to prove to his friends that he was telling the truth. he is childish. and obviously trying to play mind games. ( it is selfish to break up with someone and still want to be friends that is not benefiting the person who got their heart broken)

you went there and you say its over you are torturing this poor putz let it go dont try to be a friend guys lie about that we dont have girls for friends just women we are aiting to score on when they finally let us thats friends to a guy just find some other person in a new place or something he will heal up quicker with out seeing you that was cold

its either he wants you back or he is trying to be friendly but my advice if you don't like him anymore stay away from him because in a way he seems like he is not taking his words serious enough
