Why do you want to gain weight? Just beacause of some test from a fitness book? Doesn't really sound like a good enough reason to me.

eat alot and lift weights. You need to eat 5-6 meals a day and lots of protein. Stay away from cardio for now.

don't trust the book...go to the doctor and ask whether you are underweight.
well, eating fats and not exercising should help you gain weight unless you have some serious problem that's not taking in the fats into your body...go see a doc.

Firstly, don't listen to what tests say. What kind of society would we be if everyone looked alike.
My dad looked at a chart like that once and it told him he was morbidly obesse. He is absolutly not. He works out alot and has a lot of muscle on him. Do you think weight lifters look at charts to see where they should be?
Be youself and not what a test whats you to be.

It depends on your age height too. If you see yourself very skinny, you can eat normally plus Weight Gain Products, like, Appeton.

why do you want to gain weight? as you get older you WILL gain weight. suggest you do not try to gain any unnecessary weight.
or you might end up as a fatty. do you really want that?
also by eating fattening food to help you gain weight you WILL also damage your arteries by clogging them up. you might gain weight and damage your already good body

eat alot of mcdonalds everyday but if u want healthy weight eat things like a lot of chicken, meat, fish and thing with a lot of protein.

exersise to gain muscle. muscle weighs more than fat and if you just eat fat it might catch up with you later on in life soooo exersise to gain muscle and eat healthy good foods along with the occasional junk food snack and you should gain weight but good weight :)

When I was pregnant the dr said I wasn't gaining enough and suggested peanut butter. I ate it on bread in oatmeal and sometimes I spread it on bananas... wierd huh?
