Merhaba!!! www.turkishclass.com is the best. You have to register, but it's a free site. It was started by Turkish teachers and other native Turkish speakers. There are forums where you can leave any turkish words, phrases, or entire paragraphs if you want and people will translate for you. There are classes that you can take...well, not really classes, but grammer pages and basically everything you need to know that's Turkish. Also, there is a Turkish dictionary. If you don't mind my asking, why Turkish? My fiance is Turkish...he is from Izmir.
