See, it's a joke.
First, there's the motorcycle rider, and he's happy because he has these bugs on his teeth. That's because he's tough.
See, he grins at the bugs, and then just drives right through them, and he sucks in the air through his teeth. And since the bugs are flying, they get sucked in between his lips and crash on his teeth.
Or maybe he's really macho, and they don't have to be flying: he just sucks them right off the ground, or even out of the ground! Like a big jet engine!
Anyway, the bugs, well they spatter when they hit his teeth -- which is what he intended. It's kind of like the War on Terror, except he's fighting the War on Bugs.
And the way we know he's a warrior is because the bugs -- you see, the bugs leave juice on his teeth when they spatter. And it's bug juice, so it stains -- and that's another reason he has to fight the War on Bugs.
If he wasn't out there killing bugs with his teeth, then just think of how many innocent Americans would have stains on their teeth on account of bugs!
So he's out there, making America proud and defending our freedom from bug-stained teeth. And that's why he's happy!
And that's how you tell a happy motorcycle rider by the bug stains on his teeth.
