no sounds like maybe high blood pressure go see the doctor and dont drink before sex or take any thing like viagra it can make the blood pressure zoom cut out some of those hot foods and it could be gall bladder that makes anyone throw up or acid reflux a weak stomach sphincter that allows the acids to come back up drink more water and drop the stomach acid levels but really see the doctor man
